GRILLED LAMB CHOPS with Muirhead Apricot Jalapeno Jelly

  • Lamb chops
  • Dry rub of salt, pepper, and fresh chopped rosemary
  • Muirhead Jalapeño Jelly

Season lamb chops with salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary.Allow meat to set while preheating the grill. Place chops directly on hot grill and brush liberally with Muirhead Jalepeno. Baste as needed. Grill until done. Serve immediately.
