Roasted Potatoes with Muirhead Honey Mustard

  • Red Skinned Potatoes, cut for roasting
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Muirhead Honey Mustard
  • Parsley, optional

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Parchment line sheet pan and warm in the oven while preparing the potatoes. Toss potatoes with olive oil, sea salt, and Muirhead Honey Mustard. Spread on sheet pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until crispy and fork tender. Place in serving bowl and garnish with parsley, optional. Serve immediately.
