EASY SPICED BUNDT CAKE with Muirhead Mincemeat, Green Tomato or Apple Jack

  • 1 package spiced cake mix (about 16.5 oz)
  • 1 jar of Muirhead Green Tomato Mincemeat
  • 3 eggs, large
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • Hard sauce frosting (confectioner sugar, butter, rum), optional flourish

Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour a 10" bundt or tube pan. Using an electric mixer, mix together all ingredients and beat for 2 min. until well mixed. Pour into pan. Bake for 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool in pan on a cake rack. Invert onto cake dish.
